CANCELLATION, RETURN & REFUND Policy
Should you decide to modify or cancel your order, please reach out to us as quickly as possible via email at support@chalisadesigns.com. However, we cannot guarantee that every request can be accommodated as we handle said requests on a case-by-case basis.
Please note that if an order had already been processed by our production team or had already been shipped out, we will not be able to accommodate any modification or cancellation requests.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
International Return
** ANY RETURNS RECEIVED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED **
Please note that we are a Made To Order brand, and we incorporate your height and build into our
process of crafting each dress pattern. This means that the item you order will be made just for you.
All FULL-PRICED items are returnable for a 25% restocking fee and the initial shipping cost from Thailand
will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that any taxes and return shipping fees incurred by client cannot be reimbursed.
Any discounted items are FINAL SALE.
Terms
1. Please be cautious when trying on the garment as we are unable to
accept a return of items with makeup stains/markings/pilling/odor.
2. The item must be in its original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered,
and free from any other signs of wear.
3. The item must be shipped back with its original packaging/tags and must
be accompanied by its proof of purchase.
4. If you would like to exchange an item, please return your initial order and
place a new order for the desired item.
CHALISA Designs hold the right to deny any refund if the item we receive does not meet our policy requirements.
Starting A Return
To initiate a return, please get in touch with our customer service team via email at support@chalisadesigns.com within 30 days* of receipt of your online order and state your reason for return
so that we can improve the quality of our services. (* Date received as stated in your order's tracking information.)
If your return request has been approved, please follow the instructions in our email and provide us with the parcel's tracking number.
Please note that items returned will be subjected to a 25% restocking fee and the initial shipping cost from Thailand will be deducted from your refund. Any taxes and/or returning shipping fees incurred by client cannot be reimbursed.
Once we have received and reviewed your return package, we will get back to you via email.
Faulty Goods
Our apologies, if for some reason you suspect an item to be faulty upon arrival, please send over the pictures via email at support@chalisadesigns.com for our team to asses within 10 days* of receipt of your online order.

As we use traditional tailoring techniques, chalk marks and fabric dents (from pin basting) may still be visible on the garment. Said markings will not be deemed as faulty.
Please note that for an item to be deemed faulty, it must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and must have all tags still attached as we cannot accept responsibility for garments that have been damaged by wear and tear or cleaning procedures.
In the case of faulty goods, we will cover all return shipping fees and send you a new replacement item free of charge!
