Free International Shipping

All items are shipped out from our headquarters in THAILAND. We offer free worldwide express shipping on orders
over $290. For orders under $290, a $35 express shipping fee will be applied.

For orders containing multiple items, your package will be shipped out upon completion of the last item. If you would like your items to be shipped separately, please get in touch with us via email at support@chalisadesigns.com.
We will try our best to accommodate your request (additional charges may apply). 

** Free shipping or a $35 shipping fee is only applicable once per order. Additional shipping fees will be applied for orders that needs to be re-delivered. **

International Shipping Duration

All international orders will be sent via Express Shipping (UPS/FedEx/ DHL or equivalent). Packages are usually delivered within 3-5 Business Days after dispatch from our headquarters in Thailand. However, our international courier partners do not take into account customs delays and other unforeseeable events.

Though CHALISA Designs shall not be held liable for such delays, we will try our best to coordinate with our partners so that your package arrives safely at your doorstep in a timely matter. 

Please note that CHALISA Designs' responsibility for each order ends at package dispatch and providing customers with their tracking number and shall not be held liable for any lost, stolen, undelivered, undeliverable, or uncollected packages. 

To help ensure successful deliveries, before finalizing your order, please be sure to:

1. Go over the details of your order item(s) / color / size 

2. Double-check your shipping address to be complete and correct
** DO NOT enter a PO Box address for delivery **

3. Avoid insecure shipping addresses 

4. For addresses without a concierge service, please look out for
your package to avoid stolen / undelivered packages

5. Take note of any tax regulations as some countries require
duties to be paid before you can claim your package

Other International Shipping-Related Fees (if any)

It is our intention for you to have a great shopping experience as we try our best to be as transparent as possible regarding any expenses. In some cases, additional shipping-related fees may occur and shall fall under the
customer’s responsibility.

This may include but is not limited to:

1. Tax and duties charged by your government, please also note that some shipping
couriers may charge additional fees for collecting duties upon delivery

2. Domestic redelivery fee for undelivered, undeliverable, or unclaimed packages

3. International shipping fee charged by courier for packages that are undeliverable/
unclaimed/ returned to sender 

4. International shipping fee for resending your undeliverable/unclaimed package from
our headquarters in Thailand to your new specified address (additional shipping fees
incurred in such cases may vary and may be over $35 as we charge a one-time
simple flat rate shipping fee for normally processed orders)  

International Customs Taxes & Duties

For international deliveries of certain items, you may be charged an import tax.
The tax rates will vary depending on the type of item/value/quantity/importing country etc. 

Please note that CHALISA Designs shall not be held responsible for any taxes incurred and that it is
the customer’s responsibility to clear all duties to claim any package(s) held by the customs.
